Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Alderon purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and damaged or incorrect items are handled for orders placed at https://alderon-us.com. All orders are charged and refunded in U.S. dollars (USD).
1. 60-Day Returns
You may return any eligible item within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item price. To be eligible, an item must be:
- unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
- free of marks, odors, and signs of wear;
- in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached;
- for footwear: tried on indoors only, with the original shoebox undamaged and unmarked. Please do not use the shoebox as the shipping box.
For hygiene reasons, socks, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned once opened or worn, unless they are defective.
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we will contact you. We may decline the return and send the item back to you.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email support@alderon-us.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in a suitable shipping box (place any shoebox inside it), attach the label, and drop the package off at the location indicated on the label.
- Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.
Returns are free for orders shipped within the United States: we provide the prepaid label and cover the cost of return shipping. Please use only the label we provide. Returns sent without our label or without contacting us first may be delayed, and we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit when our label was not used.
3. Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days and send you a confirmation email. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Refunds include the item price and any sales tax charged on that item. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error (a damaged, defective, or incorrect item) or when you cancel your entire order before it ships.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. If that payment method is no longer available, please tell us before sending your return.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@alderon-us.com with your order number, a short description, and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement where one is available, or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the laws of your state, including any implied warranty that cannot be excluded.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. You do not need to wait for your refund to be issued before reordering.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may return it under this policy.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the timeframe above, please:
- Check your bank or card account again.
- Contact your card issuer — there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
- Contact your bank — refunds can take several business days to be officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@alderon-us.com.
