Before You Write

• Order questions: please include your order number (it starts with #) so that we can help you faster.
• Returns: email us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we will send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
• Damaged or incorrect items: attach photos of the item and the packaging, and contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• Shipping and tracking: see our Shipping Policy.
• Privacy requests: use the subject line "Privacy Request." See our Privacy Policy.
